I am greatly honoured to be the Grand Sheik of the newest 'chapter' of the Sons of the Desert Laurel and Hardy Appreciation Society. As you may know the organisation was set up by John McCabe after consultation with Stan Laurel. It is a worldwide society and boasts thousands of members.

The Another Fine Mess tent of Northern Ireland has not yet held its inaugural meeting and I would appreciate ideas from other SOD tent members as to what activities (apart from the c*cktails!) that go down well at meetings elsewhere.
